Welcome to the Wooly Wilds, my little cabin in the woods of the world wide web.
My name is Maddy and this website is a record and a dream; a place for me to share my thoughts, art, and collections in a space that I built for myself, styled after the old web that I miss. I've dabbled with html and coding for years but this is my first website and I'm still learning so don't mind the dust!
Graphics and art found on this website are a mixture of my own work, commissions/gift art, and adoptables or free to use assets from the web. I try to make sure all images are labeled with alt text and credit/link back whenever possible. Check out the Links&Credit page for a more organized list of credits.

I don't know why it's so hard for me to start writing these days, but I am really hopeful this blog and website will help. I suppose a good enough start would be: why a blog and why now? I'll save the longer introduction for another time, but I think some context is in order: as of writing this I am in my early-headed toward-mid-30s and have been online since I was ~8 years old.
